Email communication is an important touchpoint for Post Planner. When users provide their address for downloads, webinars, and newsletters, it puts them in a “nurture” funnel with notifications of custom content, special offers, industry news, and personal messages (“checkout cart abandonment” is an example). These emails are triggered by user action or inaction (e.g., no activity in app for 30 days), and as increments in a drip campaign.
Post Planner handles email through Hubspot. I designed a basic template for all company emails, with banner illustrations and the headline offer differentiating them.
